The Global Council on Missions is led by its resource team—a group of volunteers from various ministries who are passionate about reaching the final frontiers of the gospel. The GCM resource team plans conferences and makes decisions on behalf of the network. The chairman exercises some administrative responsibility. All communications are made through email and phone, and team meetings are conducted via conference calls.
